molaiequipment.com is an inventory showcase and inquiry channel for used heavy equipment. Listings are presented in good faith, but nothing on this site is a binding offer to sell. Every sale is concluded through a separate written agreement (invoice or sales contract) between you and MOLAI EQUIPMENT.

We work to keep listings accurate, but used machinery is described as inspected at a point in time:

• Photos, hours, years, and specifications are indicative and may contain errors - always confirm details before purchase
• Availability and pricing can change without notice
• A machine marked available may sell before your inquiry is processed

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written sales agreement, used equipment is sold "as is, where is" without warranty of any kind.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract or reserve a machine. Quotes we provide are valid only for the period stated in them and are subject to prior sale, freight rate changes, and export-compliance checks.

All sales are subject to United States export laws and regulations. We will not conclude a transaction that would violate US sanctions or export controls, and we may request end-user and destination information before completing a sale.

You agree not to misuse the site - including scraping it in a way that disrupts service, submitting false inquiries, or attempting to interfere with its operation.

The MOLAI EQUIPMENT name, site design, and original content belong to us. Equipment photographs and listing data may include material supplied by partners and are used with permission. You may not reuse site content commercially without written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOLAI EQUIPMENT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability connected to an equipment purchase is governed by the written sales agreement for that purchase, not by these website terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute arising from use of this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the current version; continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
